n May 1986, JACK CONSTRUCTION was established. JC started as an earthwork contractorover the years, it has transform into an established company and a leading earthwork contractor in the state of Pahang Darul Makmur. It has built an impressive track record for over 20 years in earthworks and including road construction, rock blasting, turfing and infrastructure works having undertaken several multi-million ringgit projects.

In September 1992, CHEE LEAN CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD was established. CLCSB started as an earthwork contractor but over the years,it has transform into an established reputable company with a good chain of technical staff,essential machineries&strong financial background capable to undertake all types of infrastructure&earthwork projects.

In 2004,CLCSB ventures into field of property development.
